Entry Level Customer Service Consultant Key Responsibilities:
- Assist retail customers by answering inquiries about our home improvement services and solutions
- Provide accurate and clear information on products, services, and promotions
- Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience
- Address customer questions and concerns, offering solutions to meet their needs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet customer service and sales goals
Entry Level Customer Service Consultant Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of home improvement products or a willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
