Job Requirements:
- Pick up and deliver parts to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
- Accountable for positive customer relations within the respective department/dealership to meet or exceed the regional Parts Customer Service Index (CSI).
- Deliver parts to the body shop when needed.
- Verify that the invoice matches the purchase order for each pick-up.
- Check payments received with the invoices for each delivery.
- Maintain an accurate log of daily deliveries, pick-ups, and returned parts. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry, as per dealership requirement.
- Assist with putting away parts after the primary shift and as needed
- Must possess a current and valid driver's license
- Must have an acceptable driving record as established by the Company's insurance provider
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information, both orally and in writing
- Must be able to effectively operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
- Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
