What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily operations of aggregate production to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Monitor and optimize equipment performance and production output.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
- Support and develop team members through coaching and training.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Work Environment
