Our clientis seeking a dedicated and innovative Content Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Content Manager, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources & Workplace Experience department, supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational communication. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Attend discussions on content requirements and employee/leader needs to gather insights and inform content strategies.
- Make recommendations for content approaches aligned with user experience and design frameworks.
- Collaborate with content owners to ensure timely follow-up and effective content delivery.
- Publish content in SharePoint and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), managing assets, metadata, tagging, and permissions.
- Manage digital assets, facilitate the implementation of new processes, and enhance the digital asset management system.
What's Needed?
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in content management, design, publication, or related fields.
- Experience working with or serving as an administrator of digital asset management systems, including SharePoint and Adobe AEM.
- Proficiency in managing collections, uploading, tagging assets, and facilitating system rollouts.
- Strong background in user research, testing, and project/program management.
- Exceptional soft skills in communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, and creative problem solving.
