McBride Homes has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our sales and marketing team. McBride is Missouri's largest home builder and is an industry leader in residential new home construction. With 1,008 closings in 2024, McBride now ranks as the 69th largest builder in the country. We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative and tech savvy candidate to create various graphic design projects and collaborate with the marketing team for all promotional activities. This is an in-office position located in our new state-of-the-art facility in Chesterfield Valley.

The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team and executive leadership to conceptualize and create marketing materials using graphic design, digital advertising, social media, and printed materials.

Salary: $60,000/yr. and an annual discretionary bonus program

Responsibilities include:

  • Design and update graphic materials for corporate office, new home communities, and various business ventures including flyers, brochures, signage, billboards, print ads, direct mail, and other collateral materials.
  • Support sales teams with customized marketing materials tailored to specific communities and homebuyers.
  • Create engaging digital assets for our website, email campaigns, and social media platforms to strengthen McBride Homes' online presence.
  • Help create and implement social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to concept and execute campaigns that highlight new communities, promotions, and company milestones.
  • Edit and enhance photography and floor plan renderings for use in marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate with print vendors and media outlets to ensure timely production and high-quality output of marketing materials.
  • Adhere to project deadlines and provide status updates on a regular basis to management.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all print and digital materials while following McBride Homes' established style guidelines.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and digital marketing best practices to continually elevate creative output.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of related work experience.
  • Strong expertise in Creative Suite including Photoshop, Adobe In-Design, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience creating web graphics and some knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Additional preferred skills in key areas of marketing (social media, email marketing, digital marketing).
  • Proficient with typography and design layout.
  • Excellent writing skills with experience in copywriting and editing.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, while demonstrating strong attention to detail and appreciation of deadlines is essential.
