Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? MTG Family Mortgage powered by American Mortgage Bank is looking for an in-office Loan Officer Assistant to join our team in Wichita!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist loan officers with daily tasks and file management
- Pre-qualify borrowers for all types of mortgage loans
- Deliver same-day pre-qualifications with accuracy and professionalism
- Request and review borrower documentation to support accurate and complete files
- Help the processing team by identifying missing or incomplete items early
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high-volume setting
- Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the loan process
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure
- Experience in mortgage lending or financial services strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of loan programs and the pre-qualification process
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
- Must be reliable, driven, and a team player
- This is a full-time, in-office position at our Wichita location

Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills are a must, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Previous experience in the mortgage industry or a related administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
