Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights

Position Summary...The Associate Experience team is looking for a Senior Manager of Data Analytics & Insights who’s strong in data storytelling and executive communication but can also dig into data just enough to shape the narrative. They’ll partner with the analysts to uncover insights and then craft those insights into powerful presentations, dashboards, and executive briefings that drive strategic action. Think of them as part analyst, part communicator, and part strategist.

What you'll do...

• Translate associate feedback (ideas, concerns, engagement trends) into clear, actionable insights tailored to wide-ranging audiences — from executives to field leaders and People Partners.
• Partner with analysts to validate and explore data, uncover trends, and identify the “so what” that matters to the business.
• Design compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations that simplify complex data and make it easy for any audience to take action.
• Build insight narratives that connect data to real-world outcomes, helping leaders at all levels make informed, people-centered decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Associate Relations, HR, Operations, etc.) to ensure associate feedback is effectively captured, interpreted, and shared.

What you'll bring:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive into data (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or light SQL) and surface the insights that matter most.
• Advanced data storytelling abilities — you can take raw data and turn it into visual, narrative-driven outputs that resonate across the organization.
• Experience designing user-friendly dashboards and reports that serve both high-level and frontline audiences.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor insights for different stakeholders, from site managers to senior leadership.
• A curious, strategic mindset that connects trends in associate feedback to business priorities and operational improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
