SUMMARY:OurVideoProduction&Editing Intern will join ourWork Based Learning team and support the production of our video serieswhile learning the ins and outs of Tallo.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Video Editing:Support our Work Based Learning team by editing the content from our Real Careers, Real Journeys video series, providing quick turnaround time, and learning the aspects of proper video production.
• Marketing Assistance:Join the Marketing team and shadowmarketingprofessionalswhile alsoassistinginad hocprojects and adding your own thoughts to our overall marketing strategy.
• Collaborate With Us- Attend weekly check-ins, join brainstorming sessions, andmaybe someevents.
• Creative Direction:Come up withideas for videos and help us redesign our video experience and strategywhile alsotestingconcepts for reusable content.
• Other Stuff:Help out with other projectssuch as hosting video sessions, writingvideo scripts,scheduling, etc.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Minimum high school diploma (or its equivalencyi.eGED)
• Experienceediting videocontent (your own accounts, a club's page, or helping a business. YouTube's a plus!)
• Good at communicating (writing and talking)
• Basic familiarity with Canva and video editing tools (CapCut, iMovie, etc.)
• Can create a Tallo account and use it
• Ability to work 10-20 hours a week
• Ability to cleara requiredbackground check.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work,requiredtravel (if any), external market, and internal value whendetermininga new employee's salary level.Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee'sbenefitselections.Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.

Weanticipatethe salary range to be$22 an hour.Eligibleemployees may receive a bonus.This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors.These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
