GENDA is an entertainment company that aims to build a global entertainment network and increase the ‘total amount of fun’ distributed worldwide. GENDA operates a wide range of businesses in entertainment, including Amusement, Karaoke, Character Merchandising, Food & Beverage, and Content & Promotion (movies, interactive contents, etc.). It operates approximately 800 amusement arcades such as “GiGO” and the karaoke chain “Karaoke BanBan” in Japan and abroad, as well as approximately 8,000 mini-locations (non-staffed gaming corners). This person will report to the CRO. This person is responsible for the direction and management of the Mall Channel. This person will be a key contributor in driving the Company’s customer acquisition and revenue goals through management of the company’s Mall Channel.
Location: Louisville, CO or Remote, near major airport
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Overall responsibility of all aspects of the company’s business in the Mall Channel, to include:
- Ongoing management of each banner and client
- Point of contact for all Mall National Account Managers
- Responsible for new sales in channel. Consistently build and deliver on an accurate account pipeline
- Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to qualify and penetrate an account and develop a strategy to demonstrate value proposition
- Create annual sales plan and work with CRO on annual sales budget
- Develop specific goals, implement and evaluate performance objectives and measures focusing on overall customer satisfaction
- Travel is required to visit clients and attend relevant trade shows
- Remote work is acceptable, or in corporate NEN offices in Louisville, CO
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
- Create and manage your department budget
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership
- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
- Work closely with operations, client services, on executing the strategy
QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge and minimum of five years’ experience working in the Mall industry, channels, and products, with ideal focus in the specialty leasing divisions.
- Outstanding communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation skillset.
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- At least five (5) years of direct sales experience in Mall industry, preferable with experience with specialty leasing divisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Highly skilled in developing and constructing effective client facing presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Similar Mac skills acceptable
