High quality discourse and healthy conversations are foundations to strong communities. This role in the Community Discovery team will be focused on improving the quality of conversations on YouTube and driving positive participation across all formats including Shorts and VODs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy and roadmap for participation quality on YouTube.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams on cutting edge technologies.
- Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
- Partner with multiple product teams within YouTube to build enthusiasm for the product direction and secure buy-in
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
