Job duties you will be responsible for :
- Prepare and cook Japanese food from the menu.
- Prepare the meals for customers with allergies at the beginning of the cooking process.
- Ensure quality of food and determine size of food portions.
- Assist in monitoring or guiding kitchen staffs.
- Assist in developing new menus.
- Control the inventory on regular basis.
- Clean and organize kitchen equipment and work area.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of cook experience
- Completion of high school
- English
